Tom manages the aged care program across all three hubs and has been with Willow for eleven years, starting as a support worker.

Anjali leads the NDIS program, support coordination and behaviour support implementation, and joined Willow six years ago from a day service.
Kai Morrison
Kai runs youth outreach and family services across the three hubs and has been a youth worker and case manager for fourteen years.
Ruth Abela
Ruth is a mental health nurse by background and has led the recovery program for four years, building the peer workforce from two to nine.
Daniel Nguyen
Daniel owns the quality system, incident and complaints registers and regulator notifications, and has been with Willow for seven years.
Fiona McAllister
Fiona manages recruitment, rostering, work health and safety and the fleet, and joined Willow three years ago from a hospital workforce team.
Sione Tuilagi
Sione runs the Dandenong roster desk and the after-hours on-call line, and has filled shifts at Willow for five years.
Lena Petrova
Lena delivers personal care and buddies new workers on their first home visits, and has been a Willow support worker for nine years.
