Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Home and Community Care
Delivers in-home and community supports for older people funded under the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. The team assesses needs, builds care plans with the person and their family, rosters support workers and monitors changes in health, mobility and safety at home.
Disability Support Services
Provides NDIS core and capacity building supports including daily living assistance, community access, skills development, support coordination and short term accommodation. The team works to each participant's plan goals, uses person-centred behaviour supports and reports to the NDIS Commission where required.
Youth and Family Services
Runs outreach, drop-in and case management for young people and early help and intensive support for families. Workers engage young people respectfully, respond to crisis and family violence, and coordinate with schools, child protection, housing and health services to keep children and young people safe.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
Delivers recovery-oriented psychosocial support for adults living with mental health challenges. Recovery workers and peer workers help people set their own goals, build wellness plans, connect with clinical services and the community, and respond early when someone's wellbeing changes.
Quality, Safeguarding and Compliance
Owns the quality management system, incident and complaints handling, safeguarding, audits and accreditation across all programs. The team reviews registers weekly, manages reportable incident notifications, coordinates internal audits and leads continuous improvement so the organisation stays compliant with its funders and regulators.
People, Rostering and Operations
Recruits, screens, inducts and rosters the workforce, manages work health and safety, the vehicle fleet and the volunteer program, and keeps the training and screening register current. The rostering desk is the first call for any shift change and runs the after-hours on-call line.
