Youth and Family Services
Runs outreach, drop-in and case management for young people and early help and intensive support for families. Workers engage young people respectfully, respond to crisis and family violence, and coordinate with schools, child protection, housing and health services to keep children and young people safe.

Kai runs youth outreach and family services across the three hubs and has been a youth worker and case manager for fourteen years.

Where the work is recorded
Client Register
The master record of every person Willow supports, their program, coordinator, plan review date, risk flags and service status.
Progress Notes and Case Log
The contact record for every client: shift notes, phone contacts, case conferences and handovers, written objectively and signed off by the coordinator.
Incident and Hazard Register
The register of injuries, near misses, hazards, allegations, behaviours of concern and restrictive practices, with the reportable scheme, investigation status and actions.
